With 12,000 surface acres and over 300 campsites, Falls Lake is an amazing natural resource for central NC.

If you are car camping at Falls Lake State Recreation Area we can deliver canoes, kayaks or standup paddle boards (SUPs) directly to your campsite for you to use at your leisure. Add some special memories to you next camping trip by spending some time on the water.

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BOOKING THIS SERVICE

• If you plan to have us deliver a canoe, kayak, or SUP we recommend that you book a campsite close to the water.

• Boats will be delivered and locked at your site typically within an hour of your campsite check-in time. Boats will be picked up typically between 4-6pm on the last day.

• All people in boats and on SUPs are required to wear properly fitted PFDs

  If you plan to paddle to watch the sunset or sunrise, at night for star gazing, or on two different days you will need to register for a 2 day trip to make this possible and a flashlight or headlamp are required by law to be in every boat.
