Cashie River Treehouse Overnight (Guided or Self-Guided)
This trip is not set up with specific dates but can be arranged for Private Groups.
The Cashie River in eastern NC is a black water river experiencing a renaissance. Once home to commercial freight and passenger steamboats this quiet river is now getting attention for it's natural beauty for canoeing and kayaking. We will spend the days during this trip meandering along the narrow creeks and swamps learning about the natural history of the Cashie, exploring the historic town of Windsor, and relaxing at the Treehouses overlooking this black water paradise.
Please be aware that overnights and expeditions have limited availability and it is not unusual that they need to be scheduled at least 6 months in advance.
