The Neuse River spans over 220 miles from Raleigh to New Bern, NC. The Friends of the NC Mountains to Sea Trail (NCMST) has designated the Neuse River from Falls Dam (north of Raleigh, NC) to the Croatan National Forest (on the coast) as the official NCMST Neuse River Trail. To help folks with logistics for a long distance paddle and to complete this paddle trail section of the NCMST we offer a Basic Shuttle Service (for those with their own boats and equipment), and a Full Service Shuttle (for those that need us to provide boats and equipment). This NC paddle trail offers over 200 miles of potential overnight options ranging from 1 night to 2 weeks or more!
