Rotating Locations
The locations below are for our most common rotating self guided and instructional items. Many guided trips are offered that are in locations not listed here (Carolina Highlights, Eno River Brewing, etc).
THREE RIVERS - LOWER ENO RIVER
Three separate rivers meet in this one area! The Little River flows into the Eno River, which then joins the Flat River and forms the Neuse River and the headwaters of Falls Lake. Paddle through the windy, forested channels as you explore this historical waterway
Please note there are no bathrooms, water fountains, or trash cans at this location
BEAVER DAM (PAY ACCESS) - FALLS LAKE
Perfect for a day at the lake! Easy, paddle-craft only paddling (no motorized boats allowed), with a swim area and picnic shelter make Beaver Dam a fantastic spot for all day hangouts.
There are bathrooms, water fountains, and trash cans at this location. Picnic shelters are also available to rent through North Carolina Division of Parks and Recreation
BEAVER DAM (PRIMITIVE ACCESS) - FALLS LAKE
Right across from the paid access, the primitive access is an easy way to enjoy (most) of what Falls Lake has to offer! From this access, you can visit different coves (including one with a rope swing), see some cool birds, sunbathe on your boat, or however you wish to spend a hot summer day on the water.
Facilities are non-existent here, there are no bathrooms, trashcans, or water fountains
HICKORY HILL - FALLS LAKE
Lots of coves abound! Located on the western side of Falls Like, Hickory Hill access is right across from a peninsula and a few dotted islands. Open lake views and amazing sunsets make this place suitable for beginners and experienced paddlers alike
Please note there are no bathrooms, water fountains, or trash cans at this location
FARRINGTON POINT - JORDAN LAKE
Wide open water! Farrington Point is located in the northeastern area of Jordan Lake, and a favorite for many local bird species. Perfect for exploring the vastness and enjoying the expansive views.
Please note there are no bathrooms, water fountains, or trash cans at this location
WEAVER CREEK - JORDAN LAKE
Located in the southeast corner of Jordan Lake, this non-motorized area is an amazing spot to canoe or kayak. While technically a part of Jordan Lake, this area is separated from the rest of the lake by a land bridge.
Please note there are no bathrooms, water fountains, or trash cans at this location
OTHER LOCATIONS
We also guided trips to specialized locations, such as some of our Carolina Highlights and some of our Local Exploration Trips.
